Safety - Field Compliance Coordinator

Our client, a highly respected organisation in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a seasoned Safety Field Compliance Coordinator to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled health and safety professional to play a vital role in ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety across operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance in line with industry, government, and international standards.
• Deliver hands-on HSE training and support the development and implementation of comprehensive health and safety programs.
• Actively participate in HSE committees and safety teams, promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct training sessions, prepare reports, and deliver presentations with clarity and impact.
• Provide technical expertise in applying HSE standards, best practices, and procedures in the field.
• Collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization and contribute to diverse team environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10–12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on HSE.
• Advanced certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Proven knowledge and/or training in occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Strong experience in:
  
  • Developing and coordinating health and safety programs
  • Facilitating HSE training and awareness initiatives
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, presentations, and documentation
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with experience in report writing and delivering impactful presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with multidisciplinary teams.
