Field Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Safety - Field Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. With a minimum of 12 years’ experience, the successful candidate will ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance across our operations, aligning with industry, governmental, and international standards. Our client in the Oil and Gas industry is looking for a Safety - Field Compliance Administrator to join their team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) training to staff and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programmes.
• Participate in teams and committees to promote a strong safety culture.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions, presentations, and detailed reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Advanced certification in safety (mandatory).
• Proven knowledge or training in occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance with applicable standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering HSE training and fostering compliance in the field.
• Strong understanding of standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the HSE domain.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for training, presentations, and report writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate effectively at all organisational levels and within diverse work groups.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to influence and engage teams.
