Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for digital design and online retail? We are looking for a designer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining visually stunning online web stores. You will collaborate with our digital marketing team to elevate advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Online store management

• Build and manage online web stores, including adding content, creating product listings, and updating designs.
• Optimise store layout and user experience for seamless navigation and conversions.

Design and branding

• Create visually appealing product designs, mockups, and packaging concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets and platforms.

Content creation

• Develop engaging graphics for advertising campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website banners.
• Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to design assets that enhance campaign performance.
• Brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with marketing objectives.

Campaign support

• Create static and dynamic ads for Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Contribute to A/B testing designs to optimise campaign effectiveness.

Skills and experience required

Design skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.

Web store skills

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is an advantage.

Digital advertising

• Knowledge of designing assets for social media, Google Ads, and display advertising.
• Ability to create visually compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Attention to detail

• Meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team player

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Open to feedback and focused on delivering exceptional results.
