Vehicle Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven vehicle sales executive to join our client’s dynamic team based in Randburg, West Rand. As a key player in the sales department, you will be responsible for prospecting and driving vehicle sales, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vehicle sales, be skilled at prospecting new business, and have a particular interest or experience in fleet business.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively prospect new clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
• Manage and grow a client base, focusing on both retail and fleet sales.
• Provide expert advice to clients on vehicle options, features, and financing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall team success.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in vehicle sales, with a focus on fleet business (preferred).
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• A passion for cars and automotive products is essential.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving license required.
