What you'll be doing

Own the sales process

• From handling leads that come in through our website and social media to finding new clients, you'll be running the show.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, making sure they're always happy.

Find the opportunities

• Work with our management team to spot new market opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
• Create and implement sales strategies that actually work, and tweak them as needed.

Be the product guru

• Become an expert on our products and services, so you can show clients how we can solve their problems.
• Give clients amazing demonstrations and expertly take their briefs.

Smash those sales targets

• Hit and exceed your weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. We're looking for someone who loves to win!
• Sales targets will be discussed during the interview process.

Juggle projects like a pro

• Manage multiple clients and projects at the same time, keeping everything organised and on track.

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree or three-year diploma in marketing or sales, or similar.
• Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
• A proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Strong sales and deal-closing skills.
• The ability to keep clients happy and coming back for more.
• A proactive approach to finding and solving client needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A valid Code 8 driver's licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to understand market trends and use management feedback to improve sales.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience in the FMCG, marketing, or display industries.
• Skills in design software like CorelDraw, Adobe Suite, or SketchUp.
