Job description
Job summary:- We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Editor to create engaging and polished short-form video edits and ad creatives for our brand.
- Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our content resonates with our target audience across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- While video editing will be your primary focus, strong copywriting skills are a bonus, enabling you to enhance captions, hooks, and ad scripts.
Short-rorm video editing
- Edit high-quality short-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Incorporate viral trends, engaging transitions, and platform-specific elements to boost content performance.
- Add text overlays, captions, and effects that enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
- Produce visually compelling and persuasive ad creatives tailored for Meta Ads and other social platforms.
- Experiment with different styles to test ad performance, including A/B testing variations.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to understand campaign goals and adapt video content accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.
- Write captivating captions, headlines, and hooks to accompany video content.
- Develop compelling ad copy that converts while staying true to the brand voice.
- Proven Experience: Portfolio showcasing short-form video edits and/or ad creatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Creativity: Ability to develop engaging concepts and visuals that captivate audiences.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for pacing, transitions, and overall quality.
- Optional Skills: Strong copywriting ability to enhance video captions and ad performance.
