Stores Controller

• A diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Proven experience as a store’s controller, inventory manager, or similar role.
• Experience in the aviation or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and best practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• High level of integrity and reliability.

• Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.
• Conduct regular stock takes and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain departments for timely replenishment.
• Monitor and manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
• Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions for efficiency.
• Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
