Adclick Africa is looking for a publisher sales hunter to build and grow our publisher client base. Responsibilities

• Actively prospect new business opportunities with high-volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual or onsite customer meetings.
• Build and grow a sales pipeline of leading Premium Publishers.
• Research and onboard web publishers to monetise their advertising inventory.
• Develop a plan of action to evaluate and vet the publisher's needs while qualifying if they are a good fit for the Adclick media solutions.
• Demonstrate a consultative approach to understanding clients' business goals, proposing ideal solutions, and managing their expectations. 
• Negotiate commercial terms and address contractual concerns to close agreements, liaising closely with Adclick's financial and operation departments.
• Be accountable for hitting both volume and qualitative goals laid out each month.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the online media sales industry or experience selling SaaS, BI tools, and Enterprise software solutions.
• Highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities
• Experience in structuring deals and contract negotiations  
• Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level enterprise business
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and passionate
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and sales skills. Excellent relationship-building abilities.
