Sales Representative

Our client in George is looking for a sales representative to join their team. This role requires a driven and self-motivated individual with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in the cleaning and chemical industries would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• A tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
• Two or more years’ experience in sales.
• Valid driver’s licence – non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Source leads and converts them into closed sales deals.
• Quote and tender for business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain a regular call cycle with clients.
• Acquire new customers and business opportunities.
• Meet client deadlines and sales targets.
• Compile and submit reports according to pre-determined deadlines.
• Demonstrate products and equipment to clients.
• Ensure positive client feedback on customer satisfaction surveys.
• Maintain sound administration practices, including reports and documentation.
