Client Services Manager/Account Manager

To maintain and manage all client expectations and requirements within the portfolio. To maintain and grow existing revenue within the client portfolio and ensure excellent customer service is delivered timeously. To keep abreast of all industry trends, pitch new and creative ideas to clients, and generate additional revenue. The role requires managing all workflows and projects internally and overseeing client budgets while making recommendations.

Note: Automotive and dealership experience is required. Own vehicle and extensive travel are also required.

Key objectives:
  • Achieve monthly portfolio objectives and pitch new and creative options to clients to increase spend.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow the existing client portfolio through excellent client service and relationship building.
  • Manage all communications, relevant administration, internal workflows, and process requirements between clients and CBR.
  • Manage and exceed all expectations as set out in the service level agreements within the assigned portfolio, adhering to all administrative tasks as per departmental policies and client requirements.
  • Keep abreast of all industry trends (both the client industry and the digital marketing industry).
Requirements:
  • Excellent digital knowledge, including an understanding of SEO, social media platforms, B2B, B2C, campaign management, data analytics, lead generation, etc.
  • A minimum of three years' experience within a digital agency as a client services manager.
  • Own vehicle and the ability to work flexible hours when required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong administrative and client service skills.
  • Ability to research the client’s industry and provide insights.
  • Must be able to multitask and manage expectations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
