What you’ll be doing:

• Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project alignment.
• Design and execute effective testing frameworks.
• Test applications across diverse platforms and devices.
• Develop detailed test cases and document results.
• Perform system audits and regression testing to ensure high standards.
• Drive the quality and reliability of product releases across our software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate to grow the quality assurance function and optimise testing practices.
• Proactively identify improvements to enhance user experience and product quality.
• Monitor product metrics and take initiatives on resolving issues.
• Communicate progress on critical issues to our customer service and success teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Exposure to quality assurance (QA) or testing environments.
• Basic knowledge of programming frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Eagerness to grow and develop professionally.

Bonus points if you have:

• One or more years of experience in software testing or QA.
• A relevant certification or degree in software testing or quality assurance.
• Contactable references.
