Job description:

• Lead or collaborate on Corporate Identity (CI) development and roll-out across digital and print mediums
• Work with exciting brands in industries like retail, logistics, engineering, and tech
• Fully remote opportunity with virtual or in-person briefing and feedback sessions
• Enhance presentation skills while communicating design concepts to clients
• Roadmapping creative strategy to clients to convey the value of design deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3–5 years of agency or freelance design experience
• Strong visual design portfolio showcasing your best work
• A designer who dares to push boundaries with exceptional concept development abilities
• Fresh, bold, and strategic creativity
• Ability to turn ideas into powerful visual stories
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proven experience in Corporate Identity design
• Ability to work within existing brand guidelines
• Strong experience in website layout and design
• Experience in both print and digital design applications
• Expertise in designing Brand Manuals
• Hands-on knowledge of brand roll-out processes
• Ability to create final artwork for print production
• Proactive problem-solving, anticipating challenges, taking initiative, and exceeding the typical scope of work to find solutions
• Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for design excellence
• Excellent communication skills with a positive and open approach to feedback

Advantageous skills:

• Experience with Adobe XD or similar tools
• Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or similar website platforms
• Basic animation or motion design skills
• Experience in AI asset generation
• A creative flair for copywriting or editing
• Based in the Helderberg, Stellenbosch, or Cape Town area
