Highlights of the role:

• Manage design execution for our studio.
• Design point-of-sale materials, adverts, brochures, and trade presenters in line with established brand guidelines.
• Oversee the rollout of packaging and print collateral.
• Contribute to larger creative projects through brainstorming, research, and presentations.
• Set up finished artwork for print (finished art knowledge is an advantage).

We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and skills:

• Strong understanding of design principles (spatial balance, alignment, sizing, leading, and kerning).
• Finished art technical ability (advantageous).
• Mastery of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.

Experience:

• Six to eight years' experience in a similar role within a packaging design agency.
• Three-year design diploma or degree.
