Administrative Assistant

Remuneration:	R5000 - R7000 per month

Primary responsibilities:

Assist in scheduling and organising meetings, conference room reservations, and meeting minutes.
Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure the proper functioning of office facilities.
Assist with the processing of financial and HR documents to maintain data accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in arranging employee travel and receiving clients and visitors.
Support the team's needs in project management and coordination.

Requirements:

At least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or related work experience.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and solve problems.
