Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to incoming cold, warm emails and setup demos for our clients.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
Craft engaging and persuasive email responses that generates sales demos for our clients.
Collaborate between clients, and exco to make sure everything delivered is of high quality.
Continuously improve email response templates and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Host meetings for our clients by hosting calls on their behalf.
Provide, daily and weekly reports for clients and exco on performance.
Requirements:
Exceptional written communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling, persuasive, and professional email content.
Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns.
Thorough understanding of our products, services, and brand messaging.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with email management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
