Our client based in George is looking to employ an accountant

The suitable candidate will have retail / hospitality industry experience and will be an expert on the IQ Retail systems.

Requirements:

BCOM degree or equivalent in financial accounting
SAIPA articles completed
Minimum of three years experience
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Excellent communication skills
Literate in SAGE and IQ Retail (very important!)

Duties and responsibilities:

Compilation of financial statements and working papers
Full accounting function (Adhoc)
Attention to detail
Able to take initiative
Strong administration skills
Must be able to communicate directly with clients in a professional and confident manner
Strong analytical skills

Salary: R20,000 - R25,000
