Our client in the automotive industry is looking to employ an experienced dealer principal for their dealership based in Mpumalanga.
Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Manage all aspects of the dealership and encourage effective and positive teamwork.
- Recruit and retain skilled staff.
- Monitor sales, workshop, and parts departments to ensure profitability.
- Improve stock turnover, increase sales, and ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
- Control cash flow, stock, and assets.
- Ensure compliance with legislative changes.
- Develop business plans and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- 15 or more years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven record in dealership management.
- Senior certificate.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Previous sales management experience and current dealer principal experience in the retail motor industry.
