We are seeking a seasoned sales representative who can generate new business while growing existing accounts. This is a long-term opportunity for a driven individual who wants to be part of a high-growth company with a strong foundation in digital marketing.
This role is fully remote but requires working 9 am – 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday (flexibility is possible).
About the role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business through proactive outbound sales efforts.
- Growing existing client relationships by upselling and cross-selling services.
- Emailing and calling warm leads—no cold calling. All leads are pre-qualified for budget and niche (primarily fintech and related industries).
- Managing inbound leads who are already looking for PR and digital marketing services.
- Documenting all sales activity in the CRM, tracking email and call results.
- Generating quotes and proposals based on client needs.
- Negotiating proposals and closing deals.
- Helping create SOPs for future BDRs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
You will be provided with:
- A steady stream of warm leads—no cold prospecting necessary.
- A strong support system, including a proven sales process and fulfilment resources.
- Comprehensive training on our services and sales strategies.
We are looking for long-term team members, so if you are not seeking stability or foresee scheduling conflicts in the near future, this role may not be the right fit.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- Two or more years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, PR, SEO, or content marketing.
- A proven track record in generating and closing sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Native or fluent English proficiency.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
- A reliable internet connection for seamless remote work.
