- Financial analysis: Assist in financial data analysis, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Budgeting: Help prepare and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Financial reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting: Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Special projects: Assist in special projects, such as financial modeling, forecasting, and financial research.
- Data entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Education: Degree/diploma in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
- Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
