Position available from 6 January. Will be trained by a current employee.
Office and Debtors manager 7-30am - to 4-30pm Monday to Friday
Required
- Must live near Kya Sands and have own transport
- Job requires invoicing (Pastel), incoming phone calls, customer remittances, banking, salaries (Pastel payroll) and general office
- Must have matric. Further accounting courses are a big advantage
- Staff management
- Must have 2-3 years of Pastel and customer remittance / debtors experience as this is an important function of the job
- Good analytical skills.
- Well spoken English
- Need to be a highly competent and efficient individual
- High customer service focus with a positive and confident telephone manner
