Customer Service (Work from Home ) UK Market

Remuneration: R12,600 basic per month
Bonus: Up to R2,000 per month

We’re looking for a dedicated and cat-obsessed customer service representative to support our customers and ensure their furry companions get the best nutrition possible.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our fur-tastic customer experience team, you’ll be chatting with cat parents via phone, email, live chat, and social media, helping them with everything from choosing the right food plan to troubleshooting delivery queries.

You won’t just be answering questions—you’ll be providing tail-or-made solutions, ensuring every cat and their human gets the best possible experience. You’ll also be key in gathering customer feedback and working with our wider team to keep improving the way we do things.

• You’re a cat lover through and through—if your camera roll is 65% cat photos, we won’t judge.
• You have claw-ver communication skills—friendly, professional, and able to put things in simple terms.
• You think fast on your paws—problem-solving comes naturally to you.
• You’re tech-savvy—comfortable using support platforms and picking up new tools.
• You can work independently but aren’t afraid to lend a paw—teamwork makes the dream work!
• You have customer service experience—whether in pet shops, e-commerce, retail, or another cat-tastic industry.
