Print manufacturing company is looking for a creditors clerk to join their finance department.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
- invoice processing and authorisation (using an automated system to accurately capture and process invoices)
- payment processing and cash management (ensuring payments are timely and accurate)
- Supplier relations and dealing with any queries relating to payments
- Compliance and risk management
- Ensuring the processes and automation systems are running smoothly
- Managing supplier accounts and reconciling on the ERP system (SYSPRO)
- Collaborating with stakeholders and various departments
- Professional development and learning
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification (in finance)
- Must come from manufacturing (ideally print or print-related)
- Own transport
- Min two years in a similar position
- SYSPRO experience
