Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-profile events and campaigns aligned with the firm's strategic goals
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines with support from the Marketing and Events Coordinator roles
- Implement and share best practices for events by establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Liaise and negotiate effectively with suppliers within procurement and BEE frameworks
- Analyse ROI and the success of events against strategic objectives while maintaining high service standards
- Oversee the look and feel of all marketing collateral and communication
- Supervise the production of marketing collateral
- Manage the approval and sign-off process for content with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with brand corporate image (CI) guidelines
- Monitor internal and external platforms to ensure content remains up-to-date and compliant with brand CI guidelines
- Support graduate recruitment campaigns
- Manage brand integrity processes and procedures
- A relevant bachelor's degree (three years) at NQF Level 7, with a focus on management sciences
- Up to six years of experience
