Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring visual concepts to life that align with our brand vision. You will be responsible for designing a wide range of materials across digital and offline media.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for a variety of media platforms including websites, social media, print materials, and advertisements.
• Take photographs and videos. Proficient editing skills are a bonus.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs, adhering to style guides and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and web developers, to deliver effective designs that meet project goals.
• Conceptualise visuals based on requirements, understanding project briefs, and providing creative solutions.
• Ensure design outputs are high quality and delivered in a timely manner, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Edit and retouch images as required.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and software, and recommend new ideas and innovations to keep our design fresh and modern.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across different platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or other graphic design software.
• Experience in digital design, including creating social media graphics, email campaigns, and website assets.
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow briefs and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with branding and corporate identity projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.
• Three+ years of professional graphic design experience (or equivalent portfolio of work).
