We are looking for a digital campaign strategist—someone skilled across multiple elements of digital marketing. This role is for a seasoned digital expert who can plan, execute, optimise, and report on campaigns while also leading client relationships.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing accounts, managing budgets, and ensuring campaign success across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and third-party media platforms.
A major focus of this role is lead generation—you must have experience running, optimising, and scaling campaigns to drive high-quality leads efficiently.
This role requires someone who is hands-on with campaign management but also strategic, client-facing, and experienced in full account ownership.
Key responsibilities
Campaign management and execution
- Develop, launch, manage, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and third-party media.
- Optimise for lead generation, ensuring campaigns are structured to drive high-quality conversions at the best possible cost.
- Handle everything from keyword research and ad copy to budget management and performance tracking.
- Ensure campaign success through ongoing optimisation, bid management, and creative testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and oversee implementation of tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
Strategy and planning
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and performance marketing.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion across multiple channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new tools, platforms, and tactics into digital strategies.
Account and client management
- Act as the account lead for multiple clients.
- Manage direct client relationships, handling everything from strategy development to execution and reporting.
- Lead client meetings, presenting insights, recommendations, and performance updates.
Budget and financial management
- Oversee large-scale budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.
- Handle financial aspects, including margins, currency conversions, and cost analysis.
- Ensure campaign spending aligns with overall media plans.
Analysis and reporting
- Provide in-depth performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyse lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) to continuously improve results.
- Translate complex data into easy-to-understand recommendations for clients.
- Track key KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
Who you are
- A digital marketing expert with at least five years of experience in campaign management, strategy, and client servicing.
- Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and third-party media buying.
- A lead generation specialist who understands funnels, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and landing page optimisation.
- Comfortable owning entire accounts, from strategy to execution.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and financially savvy.
- A strong communicator who can build client relationships and lead conversations.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A self-starter with a full stack of digital skills and attention to detail.
