Role overview:

As our senior creative designer, you'll be the creative force behind GoodBasics' visual identity and brand expression. This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand at a pivotal moment, working within a small, agile team where your voice and vision will directly influence our trajectory. You'll have the creative freedom to conceptualise and execute everything from our digital presence refresh to launch campaigns while helping establish GoodBasics as a leader in the sustainable cleaning space.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and execution for GoodBasics' 2025 strategic launch
• Design and maintain our brand identity across all touchpoints:
• Digital presence (website, social media, email)
• Retail and POS materials
• Packaging systems
• Marketing collateral
• Partnership program materials
• Conceptualise and create engaging social media content, including static posts, stories, and motion content
• Art direct photoshoots and content creation sessions
• Develop campaign concepts that translate across channels
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Collaborate with external partners (photographers, producers, printers) to execute creative work

Required skills and experience:

• Five-plus years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience in brand identity, packaging, and digital design
• Strong eye for art direction and creative conceptualisation
• Excellence in typography and layout design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating engaging social media content
• Understanding of print production and digital design requirements
• Motion design skills are a plus

Technical proficiencies:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Digital design tools (Figma or similar)
• Social media content creation tools
• Basic motion graphics capabilities
• Understanding of print and packaging requirements
