      We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading account teams, developing and implementing client strategies, and driving business growth. They will ensure the successful execution of campaigns, build strong client relationships, and oversee financial performance to achieve profitability.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Lead and manage the account and project teams to deliver high-quality results.
      • Develop, manage, and execute account strategies aligned with business objectives.
      • Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
      • Prepare and present budgets, proposals, and creative ideation strategies.
      • Oversee planning, implementation, and execution of campaigns within required timelines.
      • Analyze and finalize feedback reports to assess performance and effectiveness.
      • Develop process flows and continuously refine systems for efficiency improvements.
      • Provide mentorship and coaching to ensure excellent team execution.
      • Monitor and control budgets and expenses to maintain business unit profitability.
      • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff on industry best practices and job-related skills.
      • Establish KPIs to assess and improve team performance.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
      • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
      • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance productivity and morale.
      • Align operations with company policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
      • Oversee financial and strategic growth, ensuring optimal business performance.
      • Drive creative and strategic direction for assigned projects.
      • Lead new business initiatives, including pitches and strategic collaborations with creative teams.

      • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
      • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
