National Student Recruitment Manager

AFDA is inviting applications for the position of a National Student Recruitment Manager.

Summary of key responsibilities as per CVP’s:

-        Ensuring the national marketing strategy is implemented across campuses and programmes

-        Managing the recruitment team nationally to ensure all recruitment activities are executed to the expected standard

-        Managing the admissions process nationally by monitoring incoming data from each campus on enquiries, applications, consultations and registrations.

-        Regular reporting of statistics against set targets and implementing remedial actions where needed

-        Ensuring all campuses have the required marketing material, including planning ahead for events / recruitment activities to ensure marketing material is available when needed

-        Ensure all verbal and written communication and interactions with prospective students, parents and teachers from feeder schools are engaging, responsive and of a high quality so as to contribute to securing the incoming student body

Selection Criteria:

-        Relevant Honours degree (please note that AFDA alumni will be favoured)

-        Individual has to have valid driver’s license and own transport

-        Experience in Marketing / Recruitment / Customer Relations Management would be beneficial  

-        AFDA employs candidates in line with the Employment Equity Act and as such preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from designated groups.
