About the role 

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities 

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. 
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated advertising campaigns across various channels. 
• Work closely with internal teams, including creative and production, to ensure deliverables are on brief, on time, and within budget. 
• Manage timelines, budgets, and client feedback to keep projects on track. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and reports. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and share insights with the team and clients. 

What you’ll need 

• A tertiary qualification in marketing or brand management.  
• 2-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency. 
• A passion for building relationships and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in project management tools and software 
• Must have a strong grasp of marketing materials, design elements, layout terminology, and industry jargon to effectively interpret client briefs and communicate them to the studio. 
• Own transport
