Rowan Belchers is the founder and CEO of The Fresh Group, a boutique consultancy specialising in the development of people - primarily in the corporate sector.

Rowan, a native Capetonian, was educated at Berkeley University and worked abroad for 10 years with Accenture and GE in San Francisco and New York, respectively. He is driven by the ideal of enabling a skilled-up, successful South African workforce.

The Fresh Group, based in Cape Town but covering all of South Africa, provides the full range of people development techniques including training, coaching, facilitation, culture building and CEO-advisory work.
