Stevens is motivated by the power of property to create both monetary and experiential wealth and is driven to see transformation at work in the property sector.

Under Stevens's leadership, the various Just Property Group brands has been consolidated and the company is now known simply as Just Property. The rebrand hailed the beginnings of a new company culture, driven strongly by the articulation of nine core company values, which Stevens spearheaded. Today, 90 Just Property franchisees independently own and operate in 94 locations across Southern Africa. The brand is well recognised locally and internationally, not only as a centre of excellence, but also as a disruptor in the property industry. These are products of Stevens' leadership within and across Just Property.

He has a BA (Psychology) degree and is a certified Master Practitioner in Real Estate.
