DStv opens micro agency in Alexandra Township

DStv has opened a micro agency in Alexandra Township, owned and operated by a member of the community, Zacharia Makhwedzha of Makhwedzha Satellite Solution. The Alexandra agency will benefit customers and manage everything from installations, processing payments, upgrades, repairs and decoder sales closer to their homes. MultiChoice will continue to support the agency by giving it direct access to systems and training in order to provide the highest level of service to customers. Smaller agencies will also be opened in Taung, Zeerust, Jozini, Kokstad and Matatiela.
