Position: Sales administrator

Location: Cape Town

About the role: Seeking an internal sales admin + coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving (capturing stock)
• Creating sales orders and invoicing
• Raising purchase orders for suppliers
• Managing back orders and equipment repairs
• Generating quotes and arranging order thereafter
• Work alongside warehouse in managing stock and order distribution.

Remuneration: R10,000 – R12,000

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in using CRM software or similar I.e. Pastel etc.
• Previous hospitality supply-chain experience – advantageous
• Minimum two years' previous experience in sales administration

Skills:

• Computer literacy, competent in Excel
• English proficiency – very good communication.
