You’re a strong communicator, organised and love unpacking opportunities and sharing insights with potential partners (owner-managed SMEs).

You have a calm and confident demeanour. Are an organised, tenacious, resilient and goal-oriented team player.

You love following through, and working on penny-dropping marketing and sales solutions, and can manage your own pipeline through consistent follow ups and follow through on a CRM.

You’re a strong communicator over email and phone, great with potential partners one-on-one, or in online meetings.

You’re energised by interacting with people and initiating conversations whether through cold calls, networking events, or email.

  • Engagement: With prospective partners to understand their needs, qualify them, and determine their fit for the company's products or services.

  • Appointment setting: Securing scan meetings or calls between qualified leads and the partnerships team.

  • Follow-up: Maintain regular and consistent follow-up with prospects

  • Programme advisor: Lead potential partners through our programme success aspects and process, from initial outreach to proposal presentation and contract negotiation, leveraging your expertise to highlight the benefits of our programme.

  • CRM management: Keep detailed records of outreach activities, notes, and follow-up tasks in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the partnerships and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on feedback and performance metrics.

  • Co-create engaging marketing materials: Including email campaigns, social media content, and presentations, testimonials, case studies to attract and educate potential partners.
