We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to provide updates, training, and guidance to the sales team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to optimise sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field would be advantageous.
• Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least three years of experience in a managerial role.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
