We are looking for individuals who would like to reimagine their future in a rapidly expanding company. 

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• FAIS Credits (minimum 30 credits in short-term insurance if appointed before 2010); or a full recognized qualification as per FSCA qualification list if appointed on or after 01/01/2010
• FAIS Regulatory Examination for Representatives (RE5)
• 12 CPD (Continuous Professional Development) points
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in selling short-term insurance as a broker agent or tied agent
• All required regulatory exams and accreditation
• Proof of commission earnings for one year (minimum R10,000 per month)
• Own vehicle and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Generate enough leads to secure at least 10 client quotes per week and 40 per month.
• Achieve a minimum of 8.5 written policies per month.
• Maintain and update the Lead Generation Matrix on a weekly basis.
• Contact clients to conduct proper needs analyses and offer professional advice once a quote is requested.
• Sign up a minimum of five active lead referral agents.
• Complete weekly reports detailing leads, quotes, sales, sources of leads, average premium, total premium, and other relevant information as required.
• Stay informed on product comparisons with competitors' products.
• Keep up to date with Momentum Insure product changes and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations, professional guidelines, and ethics.
• Maintain appropriate skills and knowledge to provide specialist, professional advice in all relevant business areas.
• Adhere to the required dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
