A well-established dealership in the West Rand is looking for a experienced motorcycle aftersales consultant to join their service department team.

Requirements:

• Matric 
• Driver's licence
• Motorcycle service advisor / aftersales consultant experience (not negotiable)
• Technical experience or qualification will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their motorcycle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motorcycle plan details on system
• Update necessary motorcycle details
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full motorcycle handover process
• Customer follow ups
• Maintain a high CSI

Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
