Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a service advisor.

Salary:

Highly negotiable salary (depending on experience) + medical aid + pension + incentives

Requirements: 

• Matric certificate                                                 
• Driver's licence                                                  
• Minimum five years' experience working in a franchise dealership as a service advisor 
• Literate on Drive
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outgoing and vibrant personality

Responsibilities: 

• Meet and greet customers                                                  
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations                                                  
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process                                   
• Customer follow ups                                                  
• Maintain a high CSI
