Online skin therapist sought to provide website visitors and customers with personalised skincare product advice.

In addition to recommending skin health-related products to online users, the role extends to physical in-store support. Candidate must be able to communicate with various consumer profiles in a personable, warm and friendly manner whether it be via phone, live chat, email, or in-person. Candidate will also be required to help personalise product orders in the form of packaging, sampling, and generally support the operations team with the printing of waybills and delivery follow-ups when necessary. The role requires regular feedback and reporting to management the interests of best-supporting customers. It also requires frequent training on retail brands to keep product knowledge up to date.

Full time in-office position, no remote working.

Requirements

• Diploma in somatology
