An attorney's practice, based in Stellenbosch, Technopark, is looking for a meticulous and proactive financial assistant - reporting to join the team. The ideal candidate will perform a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of monthly client financial reporting and reconciliations relating to the debt collection industry.

We are looking for an individual with strong Excel capabilities and high attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate and deliver client financial reports daily and monthly.
• Handle ad hoc financial queries.
• Update system balances and ensure data integrity.
• Manage the administration of legal handovers.
• Assist with preparing journal entries and reconciling financial records.
• Generate and manage clients' invoices accurately and on time.

Skills required:

• A strong financial background with an understanding of accounting principles.
• The ability to navigate and interpret complex financial systems.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, at an advanced level.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
