Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry committed to excellence in manufacturing and production are seeking an experienced workshop/service manager to oversee and optimise our production operations in Polokwane.

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum of three years management experience in a dealership setting
• Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
• Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Computer literate (Office Suite)
• Driver’s licence

Advantageous requirements:

• Management diploma.
• Managerial experience within the motor dealership industry. 
• Effective understanding of financial budgeting principals.
• Effective understanding of electrical technology 
• Effective understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (1993)
• Effective understanding of the Consumer Protection Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and motivate staff
• Supervise service department staff members 
• Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
• Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department

• Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively
