Key responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our parts inventory and pricing.
• Process orders and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in parts sales or the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
