Senior Production Accountant

• Develop, implement and maintain the financial systems of the organisation
• Create budgets for new and recommissioned TV productions
• Provide financial reports to production executives and broadcasters
• Ensure that the production adheres to relevant tax laws and industry regulations
• Prepare all aspects of the operating budget and annual financial statements
• Manage internal controls and establish and maintain a risk management system
• Manage and process payroll
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, crew and other parties involved in the production
• Analyse production costs and identify areas where costs can be reduced or efficiencies improved
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Manage staff and assist the managing director and executive producer with company-related matters
