Front Desk Representative

• Applicants must be mature
• Able to work retail hours
• Must have hotel hospitality experience
• Knowledge and understanding of high customer service principles and practices
• Excellent people skills, detail-oriented and dedicated in assisting people
• Must have managerial experience
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Retail Sales knowledge is a plus

• Some late nights and early mornings
• Will be scheduled to work shifts during shopping mall hours-including weekends
• Retail hours plus extra hours over festive season months

• Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft Office ability
• Strong customer service skills and service industry knowledge
• Excellent command of the English language- Written and Verbal
• Friendly, diplomatic and professional
• Must be personally motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious
• Detail oriented
• Firm and pleasant personality
• Excellent time management and punctuality
• Very good administrative, organisational and follow-up skills
• Present a neat, clean and professional appearance
