Qualifications and experience
- Applicants must be mature
- Able to work retail hours
- Must have hotel hospitality experience
- Knowledge and understanding of high customer service principles and practices
- Excellent people skills, detail-oriented and dedicated in assisting people
- Must have managerial experience
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Retail Sales knowledge is a plus
- Some late nights and early mornings
- Will be scheduled to work shifts during shopping mall hours-including weekends
- Retail hours plus extra hours over festive season months
- Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft Office ability
- Strong customer service skills and service industry knowledge
- Excellent command of the English language- Written and Verbal
- Friendly, diplomatic and professional
- Must be personally motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious
- Detail oriented
- Firm and pleasant personality
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Very good administrative, organisational and follow-up skills
- Present a neat, clean and professional appearance
