• Meeting sales targets and budgets.

• Check quote before sending to client/against brief.
• Follow up on quotes.
• Obtain purchase order/order confirmation from customer.
• Attending weekly sales meetings.
• Ensure completed new customer info form is submitted to accounts/ credit application when necessary.
• Signed SLA (contract customers only).
• Accurately brief studio on design requirements.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Accurate filing of artwork/ plot sheets and purchase orders.
• Interdepartmental interaction to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Represent the C&R Brand with a positive and professional image.
• Generate sales reports.
• Prospect lists/cold calling.
• Customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Progress reports to customer on orders placed.
• Onboarding of new contract customers (SLA).

• Minimum Grade 12
• Relevant Sales experience, with proven five-year track record
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Product/industry knowledge
• Strategic prospecting skills
• Good personal presentation
• Administrative skills
• Analytical, numerate and detail-oriented skills
• Good interpersonal, active listening and communication skills
• Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations
