A well-established suburban restaurant is looking for an experienced manager that loves the excitement of a busy restaurant. A good all-rounder with a predominant focus on front of house.
- Own vehicle is required, with at least three years experience in restaurant management.
- Must have excellent people skills to deal with both customers and restaurant employees.
- Must have solid back of house experience and knowledge in stock/cost control.
- Experience on GAAP.
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
- Excellent people skills.
- Manage staff.
- Excellent health, safety and hygiene understanding.
- Problem solving ability.
- High energy.
- South African citizen.
