Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in management sciences or a related qualification
• Up to five years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

Proposal and pitch management

• Lead the pitch, proposal, and tender processes for the assigned portfolio.

Data tracking and reporting

• Manage and track relevant information and data for reporting purposes.

Submissions and experience management

• Prepare and manage legal directory submissions, awards submissions, and league tables.
• Oversee experience management processes to ensure accurate and updated records.

Collaboration and governance

• Coordinate activities to support the firm's collaboration forums, such as ACC/A&N, sectors, and KCP.

Financial and budget management

• Assist with invoices and purchase order requests.
• Maintain and manage budgets, including costs for local and international travel.

Event and campaign support

• Assist in planning and organising events and marketing campaigns.

Research and travel coordination

• Conduct research for international conferences and manage bookings.
• Provide support on key clients, sectors, and all research-related tasks.

CRM management

• Serve as the CRM system champion, ensuring client lists and data are relevant and up to date.
