Senior Teradata Data Engineer

This position calls for a strong mix of data engineering expertise, technical development skills, and a keen eye for data governance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimise data warehouse components on Teradata warehouse (3NF).
- Present data through Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards
- Documenting data definitions and business glossaries.
- Securing approval for data models before implementation.
- B.Comm, B.Eng, BSc Eng, BSc Informatics, or a related degree.
- Minimum 8+ years of data engineering experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, especially MSSQL.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages suited to the department's requirements.
- System design experience is advantageous.
