An established and innovative tech company is seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimise performance.
- Implement and maintain code quality standards through code reviews and testing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best solutions are provided.
- Proven experience as a Python developer.
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.

Reference number for this position is DB59266 which is a permanent position based in Johannesburg (hybrid) offering a cost to company salary negotiable between R900,000 to R1.3m per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
