We are seeking a talented Interaction Designer to join our rapidly expanding team. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality content that aligns with the various brands we work with. This position offers an opportunity to grow as part of our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience in video production, storytelling, and digital marketing in a collaborative environment.

Key roles 

• Create the user interface of products such as an app, website, or any other interactive media 
• Research the user’s needs at the project’s beginning, including conducting user interviews, engaging in prototype testing, driving competitive analysis, etc. 
• Understand the project’s goals 
• Create relevant and data-backed user journeys and journey maps 
• Effectively outline the project’s scope concerning the required features and functionalities 
• Design digital user interface elements (such as the ones on the screen) 
• Clearly define the navigation and information hierarchy 
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes 
• Test the design to see what’s working (and what’s not) 
• Build intuitive, easy, and functional user experiences 
• Understand and preempt the user’s requirements for the product and makes changes to the design accordingly 
• Ensure that the product is working properly at all times 
• Incorporate user feedback as needed 

Key responsibilities 

• Identifying the various UX design needs for a brand’s digital assets 
• Collaborating seamlessly with product managers, engineers, marketing team, other UI UX designers, and so on 
• Collecting and analyzing user requirements by way of driving questionnaires, field studies, interviews, etc., and running analytics on the same 
• Conducting research on the latest web/mobile usage analytics and designs and keeping tabs on the latest trends 
• Conducting observational research by studying how a sample user interacts with the product 
• Leveraging the insights gathered for making powerful and ROI-driven design decisions 
• Conceptualising UI/UX design strategies that are better aligned with the user’s needs 
• Understanding the brief for new projects effectively 
• Illustrating design ideas through the strategic use of storyboards, sitemaps, flow diagrams, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc. 
• Designing the user interface important elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and so on is another key part of ui ux designer roles and responsibilities 
• Building navigation components such as buttons, search fields, etc. 
• Building user interface mockups as well as prototypes that clearly demonstrate how the site will function (and look) 
• Integrating film, animation and motion into journeys 
• Driving presentations on working drafts to internal team members and external stakeholders 
• A/B testing UX UI elements such as banners, CTAs, images, page flow, links, page design, and more

A showreel of previous work demonstrating UI/UX Design is essential.
